REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
A mistake on my part will be refunded 100% along with all shipping costs.

will be made once I receive the item unused to its original condition (less
shipping charge and Etsy+Paypal/credit card fees -10%). Please make sure you
use a bubble-wrap mailer and tracking service when sending any items back.

Please note that the color and size of products may vary slightly as I use
semi-precious stones and metal casting products which are not all the same.

Please note that all gold/silver plated findings (charms, pendants, clasps,
beads, chains, jump rings, etc) may tarnish if they are exposed to humidity for
an extended time they get in contact with alcohol, which is found in perfumes.
To preserve longevity, store your jewelry in a dry place and avoid spraying
perfume or alcohol-based boy lotion near it.
