- We ship all our items from Serbia.
LOM dsgn delivers outside of Serbia through PostExport service for
international shipments.
We don’t ship on national holidays or any other day that the Post Office
regards as a “non working” day. You will be notified by e-mail once your order
has been shipped.
Items are delivered within about 10 business days to Europe, or 15 - 20
business days for rest of the world, from the day of dispatching.
Please note that Due to the situation with COVID-19 postal traffic has been
slowed down and difficult and that shipments are likely to be delayed.
Please note that every shipment is subject to customs regulations of your
country, and may be subject to import duties and fees. LOM dsgn shall not be
held responsible for any taxes/duties incurred due to your country’s
legislations. We advise you to check your country’s import regulations before

is really the case, please email us to let us know why you didn't like the
item, and we will email you back with instructions for the return. Please note
that in order to qualify for refund/exchange, the item must be returned unused,
in original packaging, with all tags attached. Return shipping charges are the
