Long rope necklace EVO with recycled textile and copper tubes

Want something different but not too different? This rope necklace will bring
a pop of colour to your outfit without being too loud. The rope renders it
neutral and grounded, while the knotted textile segment is available in nine
different colours.

Guess what else? The knotted textile segment of the necklace is made from
recycled textiles. T-shirt yarn, as it is commonly known, is made from
cast-offs or the unused ends of fabric bales in garment factories. I would like
to believe and hope that whoever wears this necklace can start a conversation
and be an ambassador for waste reduction.

The copper tube elements are hand-cut, sanded and polished.

The rope segment measures 50cm while the knotted textile segment measures
30cm. At 80cm long, this necklace is around the "nipple" line, or the height of
a low V neckline.

UNIQUE —
You have just stumbled upon a unique, absolutely one-of-a-kind necklace from
Zoe Tan Studio. All the necklaces are handcrafted by me, and so in the case of
a restocked design, there might be very slight differences between the product
photos and the pair in your hands. For example, the necklace might be about 1cm
more or less than described.

Here in my studio, there is no neutral or classic: it is always statement
jewellery. You might not think this bold style suits you, but you are wrong,
especially if you tend to wear basic outfits: a textured pop of colour will
jazz up your outfit and change the vibe instantly. If I haven’t convinced you,
then this necklace is a great gift option for your fabulous girlfriend who
knows who she is. Breastfeeding moms will love the magnet clasp that will
release the necklace once their baby tugs. Vegans are always happy to receive
gifts that are recycled or upcycled.

SUSTAINABLE —
My necklaces are made from eco-friendly materials that were either upcycled or
recycled. This is handcrafted statement jewellery without the ecological
footprint. To prevent waste from an inventory, each necklace is handcrafted
only upon receiving your order.

CARING FOR YOUR NECKLACES —
Even if these are textile necklaces, I do not recommend washing your
necklaces. Spot clean if you should have gotten a stain onto the necklace.
Brass and copper parts may tarnish over time, but can be easily cleaned with a
soft jewelry cloth and/or tarnish remover.

GIFT OPTIONS —
If you decide to get these for your fabulous girlfriend, drop me a message via
Etsy Messages to let me know what to write in the gift card. I will include a
small handwritten card with your message in the package.

SHIPPING —
This necklace will be packed without plastic in a cardboard box. I use
Deutsche Post in Germany, UPS for orders from the USA, and DHL with
climate-neutral shipping for all other international orders. In these times
with Covid-related delays, I can’t guarantee fast delivery, or provide
expedited shipping that I believe in.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES —
Please contact me through Etsy Messages within 24 hours of placing your order
for a refund or exchange. I will conduct communication on the Etsy platform and
not over instagram or email, just to avoid cross-channel miscommunication. Once
shipped, I cannot refund or exchange. If the package should get lost — this has
only happened once in 4 years — just get in touch with me. Depending on the
design and my inventory, I will either send you a replacement pair or refund
you. Under European law, you have 14 days to return a product. But you must
bear the return shipping costs yourself.
