Carnelian, Amazonite, Moonstone & Rudraksha 108 Mala Necklace – Grounding and
Energizing, Brings Positivity, Calmness, Motivation and Healing Energy


This vivid 108 bead mala is made with a combination of some of my favorite
natural semiprecious stones: fiery red Carnelian, aqua blue Amazonite and white
Moonstone. The 8mm beads are set in a beautiful contrasting pattern and are
knotted one bead at a time on a spring-green silk thread. This technique
prolongs the life of the mala and adds comfort during meditation. An antique
brass Om charm is used to mark a half of the mala (54 beads). This mala is
finished with natural Rudraksha guru bead and a soft silk tassel made by hand.
If you choose the “no tassel” option, your mala will be finished with two short
strings underneath the guru bead, each adorned with two small beads for a
finished look.
This yoga mala measures approx. 38" around and will reach the solar plexus
area on an average sized woman.
These traditional Buddhist prayer beads come cleansed, charged and gift
wrapped with a description of its metaphysical properties.

Carnelian is a grounding stone that is known to energize and revitalize our
body and mind. It is said to increase motivation, bring courage and stimulate
creativity, making it a great choice to accompany you on your journey towards
your goals. Carnelian motivates for success and promotes positive life choices.
Its energy brings confidence, banishes negativity and encourages love of life.
Carnelian is a great choice for meditation. It helps to calm a busy mind,
dispels mental lethargy and sharpens concentration. Additionally, Carnelian
helps to calm anger and control rage.
Carnelian activates the base chakra. In some cultures, it has been used to
stimulate reproductive organs and increase fertility.
Carnelian has the ability to cleanse other gemstones.

Amazonite is best known for it’s soothing properties. It is believed to be
able to calm the brain and the nervous system as it can dispel both irritating
and negative energy and align your body and mind to retain optimal health. This
makes it a great stone to wear or carry with you throughout your day. It is
also said to be effective with overcoming emotional trauma by relieving worry
and fear and balancing the many aspects of ones personality.
Amazonite has been used to heal and open heart and throat chakras to enhance
communication concerning love as well as with third eye chakra to increase
intuition.
It is also said to be great at lowering the effects of cell phone emanations,
microwaves and electromagnetic pollution.

Moonstone is known as a stone of new beginnings, reminding us that changes are
part of a cycle of life. Known to be a powerful emotional healer, it is said to
be able to calm emotions, relieve stress and balance one’s mind. It is believed
to improve emotional intelligence. Worn as a necklace, it can to be helpful
with overcoming emotional patterns that no longer serve.
Moonstone is said to possess a strong feminine energy. It promotes intuition,
empathy and helps to heal emotional stress related disorders, especially those
of digestive tract. Connecting to female reproductive organs, it is believed to
help balance hormones, relieve pain and support the body during pregnancy,
childbirth and breast-feeding.

Rudraksha, meaning the Eye of Shiva, are sacred seeds in Hinduism that have
been used to create malas since the ancient times. Rudraksha seeds are believed
to possess many spiritual and healing properties. They are known to be a
powerful mind stimulant – increasing concentration, improving memory, calming
the mind and relieving stress and anxiety. Wearing Rudraksha against the skin
is also said to slow the aging process, increase stamina and balance the
nervous system. The Rudraksha seeds are believed to possess the protection of
the divine.
